Further to our earlier circulars regarding the Credit Union Millennial Member Survey, please be informed that our objective is indeed to execute this project and bring it to closure by Tuesday, July 31, 2018.
We wish to reiterate some of the benefits highlighted in our recent pre-planning session with the nine (9) Credit Unions who attended. These were:
- That the Survey presents an exceptional opportunity for Credit Union leaders to gain insights into how their current millennial members consume available products
- That the Survey results will provide Credit Union Leaders with a better understanding of the unique opportunities to further capture the millennial market.
- That Credit Unions who win this Market are more likely to be relevant in the future than those who do not.
Based on contributions from the pre-planning session and discussions between the CFF marketing & research team and the external consultant, we have identified the most effective format/design for the survey. This will involve interrogating a stratified sample of seven (700) hundred participants, using a questionnaire on the Survey Monkey interface. In preparation of this, we would advise that you obtain the email addresses of your millennials, which is mandatory.
Please note that data collection will commence on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 and will close on Friday, June 15 2018. As such, we require confirmation of your participation by Tuesday, May 8, 2018. This can be done by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We take this opportunity to remind you that the cost of this is an initial sum of $2000TTD per Credit Union plus a $10TTD processing fee per questionnaire.
Each Credit Union’s sample size will be based on the ratio of the number of millennials in your membership base and the total number of millennials among participating credit unions, as a percentage of the targeted sample size of seven hundred. Kindly be aware that it is critical for the successful execution of this project that you provide us with your millennial membership total by Tuesday, May 8 2018.
