The CFF invites you to attend its “Analytics and the Power of Data Virtual Thought Leadership Event: Driving a Data-Driven Culture – A look at the next generation of Membership. The session is carded for Wednesday January 26, 2022 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, on the Zoom platform.
Data analytics has been on the agenda of credit union leaders for much of the past decade. Leaders continue to wrestle with increased volume and variety of data, yet are still information poor. In light of this, the CFF sees this conversation as highly critical as such data is very valuable in understanding and catering to the needs of current and future members. Becoming genuinely data driven requires significant cultural change which begins with leadership. At this discussion, leaders will learn and understand the importance and value of data, methods of data usage and how staff can be educated and supported towards a data-driven mindset.
