Achieving Member-Centricity through Digital Transformation:Improving Member Experience in a Digital arena Virtual Training Workshop

The Central Finance Facility (CFF) invites all team members from Marketing, Research and Communications departments to attend its “Achieving Member-Centricity through Digital Transformation: Improving Member Experience in a Digital arena Virtual Training Workshop”.   The workshop will take place on Friday December 3, 2021 on the Zoom platform.

In November 2020 the CFF commenced a series of thought leadership sessions and training workshops focused on how the credit union movement in Trinidad and Tobago can leverage technology for its advantage especially in this new normal.

Building digital channels and implementing touchless payment options with digital wallets have been a focus of credit unions for years. The pandemic was a catalyst, forcing many credit unions to quickly implement core digital services to keep up with the fast-rising demands of contactless transactions.  However, this is not all it takes in order to keep our current membership and attract new prospects, especially millennials.

In a nutshell, it tells us that now and in time to come everything a credit union does, from innovating products to providing education, will be rooted in the member experience.

In its mission to assist credit unions mitigate challenges and align with member needs, the CFF is hosting this upcoming one-day training workshop which is designed to provide critical insight and skills to credit union professionals on how to enhance their members’ experience through improved onboarding programs, innovative member-facing technology and innovative products and services.
